Date: Between May and June
Every year in Elche’s Palm Grove Mestival, Elche’s yearly International Festival of Ethnic Music and Cultures and of Cross-Cultural Exchange takes place. Mestival is a melting pot for cultural exchange and understanding between the different peoples of the world where music, dance, cinema, cuisine and theatre all play their part in celebrating peace and brotherhood.

Mystery Play d’Elx
A lyrical medieval drama, declared a Masterpiece of World Oral and Intangible Heritage by UNESCO in 2001.
Elx Palm Grove
Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000, the Palm Grove has over 200,000 palm trees.
